Website and Ordering Terms

These terms apply when you browse this website, place an order, request a table, create an account, or send a catering or event enquiry.

Last reviewed: 21 July 2026

Website information

We aim to keep menu descriptions, prices, availability, opening hours, and other information accurate. Restaurant operations can change, and the latest confirmed information at checkout or from our team takes precedence over an older page or cached result.

Orders and payment

  • Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when the restaurant or ordering service confirms it.
  • Availability, fulfilment areas, minimums, fees, taxes, and payment methods are shown during the order flow where applicable.
  • You are responsible for accurate contact, delivery, collection, and payment information.
  • We may contact you about substitutions, unavailable items, payment issues, suspected misuse, or fulfilment details.

See our refund and cancellation policy.

Bookings, catering, and events

A website submission is a request, not a confirmed reservation or event booking. Confirmation, deposits, minimum spend, menus, guest counts, cancellation arrangements, and other event-specific terms will be provided separately where applicable.

Allergens and dietary information

Dietary labels and special-request fields are informational. They are not a guarantee that a dish is free from an allergen or cross-contact. Read our allergen information and speak with the restaurant before ordering if an allergy is involved.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep sign-in codes and account access secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use website content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Singapore law. Otherwise, responsibility will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Contact us promptly so we have a fair opportunity to investigate and resolve a problem.

Singapore's Competition and Consumer Commission publishes guidance on fair trading practices. Consumers may also review the Consumers Association of Singapore's dispute-assistance process.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the website or restaurant services change. The review date above identifies the current published version. Questions can be sent to tandooricorner@singnet.com.sg.
