Depending on the service you use, we may collect:

• order details, cart contents, fulfilment preferences, payment status, and customer-service messages;
• booking, private-event, and catering details, including date, party size, budget, notes, and dietary requests;
• account and sign-in information, including one-time-code or Google sign-in details when those options are enabled;
• newsletter subscription and confirmation records; and
• technical information such as browser, device, security, and website-usage data when analytics or essential logs are enabled.

The website also stores cart details in your browser. It may use session storage for order identifiers and retry protection so the same order is not accidentally submitted twice.

We use personal data to:

• process, fulfil, and support orders and payments;
• handle table bookings, catering, and event enquiries;
• provide account history and authentication;
• send requested service messages and newsletter updates;
• prevent fraud, secure the website, and diagnose problems; and
• meet applicable legal and operational requirements.

We will not use personal data for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where it is required.

We share only the information reasonably needed for a service to work. Recipients may include our e-commerce and hosting providers, payment provider, email or messaging provider, Google when you choose Google sign-in, analytics providers when enabled, and professional or public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

If a provider processes personal data outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps required by applicable law to protect that data. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider and are not presented as being stored by this storefront.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including support, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal needs. The period varies by record type.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service is completely risk-free, so please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

You may ask about your personal data, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawing consent may affect a service that needs the information to operate. Newsletter messages also include an unsubscribe route.
